		<description>It must be difficult to have one&#039;s identity tied up with one&#039;s country.  Many U.S. tourists
say they are from Canada because they are ashamed to be linked to U.S. policies abroad. 

I&#039;m happy to learn that I have been using &quot;metonyms&quot; and didn&#039;t know it : ).

This month&#039;s entire  issue of National Geographic is on China--it&#039;s glory and it&#039;s
challenges.</description>
